Senior Pastor Richard Salazar

Richard Salazar is the Senior Pastor of New Harvest Christian Fellowship in Norwalk, California and President of New Harvest Christian Fellowship International Inc. Pastor Salazar is the Founder of Family Outreach and Community Intervention Services (F.O.C.I.S.), the non-faith-based organization of N.H.C.F. Pastor Salazar and Nancy are also the founders of New Harvest Christian School and New Harvest pre-school in Norwalk. Pastor Salazar and his wife Nancy accepted the Lord in 1975 and have been serving the Lord for 48 years at New Harvest. They are celebrating 54 years of marriage.

Pastor Salazar attended Pasadena City College to further his education in the Graphic Arts and Printing fields where he worked prior to receiving the Lord. He also attended and graduated from Berean School of the Bible, (Global University). Pastor Salazar pioneered his first churches in 1982 and 1983 in San Diego California and then in Las Vegas, Nevada. Six months later they became missionaries to the United Kingdom where they planted New Harvest C.F. in Manchester, as well as sending out 5 other works in the U.K. during the 5 years they lived there. Today, Pastor Salazar oversees approximately 56 churches in the United States, and overseas.

Nancy Salazar

Nancy Salazar, and her husband Richard have been married 50 years and are Senior pastors of New Harvest Christian Fellowship International. Together they have planted churches in the United States and Europe, sharing the Gospel message. Nancy is the Administrator of New Harvest Christian Fellowship and Co-Founder of New Harvest Christian School and pre-school. She also sits as a board member of F.O.C.I.S. (Family Outreach Intervention Services) a non-profit organization founded by the Salazars’ that reaches State wide.

Nancy has been a Christian for over 44 years and loves to share her own experiences to help as many as she can for Christ. Nancy focuses on ministering to women on the importance of fighting for a strong marriage. She does this through insightful teachings, her Marriage Makeover classes and her blog called Loveyourspouse.org, which is also available in Spanish. Nancy also goes to the local women's jail each month to share the Good News. She also spends her time standing in the gap for the unborn child with our Bound4Life group; not in protest but praying silently in front of the local Abortion Clinics. She is the First Lady of our ministry and although she stays busy, she always makes time for someone in need, implementing the Fathers heart.
